Health Facilities

MFH-RACHA provide member with 3 levels of health care providers:

• 9 Health Centers _ Poty, Prey Pnov, Kampong Popil, Roka, Kanhcham, Kampong Russey, Prey Sralet, Pnov and Chrey Khmum.
• 1 Referral Hopital _ Pearaing
• 1 Nation Hospital _ Khmer-Soviet Friendship (Russian) Hospital

According to guideline of MoH, 3 payment mechanisms are implemented by this Scheme.

1. Capitation is used for health center payment
2. Case-Based payment is used for Referral Hospital payment
3. Fee for Service is used for Khmer-Soviet Hospital

To ensure quality of service, MFH-RACHA and OD have some method as the following:

• Spot Check: once a month by OD supervisor
• Monitoring Check list: once a month by OD supervisor
• Quality Improvement Assessment: by internal and external OD Supervisor and supported by RACHA
• Monitoring and Evaluation (Focus on Client Satisfaction): by M&E Unit of RACHA once a year.
